Just 4 blocks to the historic St. Charles avenue, the street car, and the Garden District. A few more blocks gets you to Magazine street, where you can stroll between beautiful homes and eclectic businesses. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and shops you can walk to! We highly recommend downloading the Mardi Gras app for all parade updates, or Googling "New Orleans Events Year at a Glance" for event info!

The Bedrooms: 4 large bedrooms. The massive master suite features an enormous walk-in closet, a soak tub, dual shower heads, and a private en-suite. The Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms with tubs (downstairs bathrooms feature bidets!). The Private Bar Room: We take pride in our in-house bar! Fully equipped with glasses for any cocktail and classic NOLA "geaux cups" to take your drinks on the road. Outdoor Living: Start your day on the front porch watching the city wake up (or catching a Second Line!), and end your night on the private fenced-in back porch equipped with a full grill, smoker, and fire table. This fully fenced yard is perfect for you and your children or pets as well. Living Area: Spacious living and dining rooms perfect for groups to spread out, dine, and relax.

Ample street parking is available, however don't feel like you need to rent a car! Just a quick ride from the airport and you can walk or take the historic St. Charles streetcar wherever you'd like to go! Public Transportation App -> Le Pass
